RainMaker conveniently provides Web-based services to help clients reduce the cost of training and eliminate travel time. Web trainings are conducted online either as regularly scheduled 3-hour standard training classes or as ad-hoc, end-user training, customized for the firm. A list of upcoming product training classes is published approximately 90 days in advance. Firms may choose to train with other firms in a general session or conduct the training on a 1:1 basis.
