A Proven Implementation Methodology

Project Initialization

A dedicated, experienced Project Manager is assigned to your firm for the duration of the implementation and training process. This person will administer the entire project from the initial Project Planning Meeting to the “go-live” on all modules purchased.

Project Management – Planning Meeting

The Project Planning Meeting sets the expectations for both parties including timelines, milestones and a hard-copy Implementation Plan that will be updated on a regular basis throughout the project.  It is the goal of the Project Manager to meet and/or exceed all of the firm’s expectations.  This includes setting and realizing critical dates, controlling costs and providing continual communication.

Software Installation

RainMaker will assist the firm in installing and configuring software on the firm’s file servers, and desktop PC’s. Utilizing Microsoft® .NET technology RainMaker’s software is designed to be automatically installed and later updated by simply downloading new files from the RainMaker Client Portal.

On-Site or Web-Based Training

All clients are provided with a combination of on-site and Web-based training tailored to include the client’s own data. Typically, system administration and set-up is trained first, followed by module training. Separate classes are arranged based upon user responsibilities.

On-Site Support

No implementation would be complete without on-site support for the “go-live” event. The RainMaker Project Manager will be on-site to review any last minute issues and assist the users with actually using the system in a production environment.
