The Platinum system utilizes Microsoft® .NET Framework 2.0 and supports 64-bit Microsoft SQL Server 2005 databases, along with Windows Server 2003 64-bit edition. The implementation of a full 64-bit enterprise, incorporating Dual-Core and Quad-Core Intel Xeon 64-bit two or four processor servers, allows RainMaker Platinum to scale up to meet the needs of very large, multi-location law firms.

RainMaker’s true, 64-bit environment offers numerous client advantages, including:

•	Virtual Memory - Increased virtual memory from 4 GB to 16 TB.
•	Physical Memory - Increased physical memory to 32 GB with Windows 2003 Standard Edition, and 1 TB with Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition.
•	Database Performance – Nearly unlimited virtual memory address space, along with the support for more physical memory, makes it possible to get very large working sets entirely into memory, thereby improving performance and scalability.
