19th Annual Client Survey Results Demonstrates RainMaker's Commitment to Quality
RainMaker Software, a full-service provider of Financial and Practice Management, Business Intelligence Software and Microsoft SharePoint Portal Integration for law firms, announces the results of its 19th Annual Client Satisfaction Survey. The survey assists RainMaker with identifying and adhering to client needs and requests. The survey charts client satisfaction for the time period of June 1, 2009 to May 31, 2010.
Over the years, RainMaker has consistently received high marks (8.0 or higher on a scale from 0 to 10), in the nine survey categories. The 2010 survey results include:
| • | RainMaker’s technical support hotline scored a remarkable 8.94. Firms using the hotline are looking for quick responses and technical expertise. RainMaker’s support hotline is anchored by support analysts that average more than 25 years of legal-industry experience. | |
| • | Overall Company Responsiveness scored an 8.73. Firms are seeking timeliness and accuracy of information provided across all RainMaker departments. Whether a customer is using the most current Platinum product or an older legacy system, the company strives to provide the same level of superior service. |

RainMaker performs this survey annually and this was the second year the company conducted an entirely "green survey" with no paper.
