This integration improves productivity by allowing a user to manage contacts and docket activities while in Microsoft Outlook, whether on a desktop computer or a mobile device.
The Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 integration has been designed to meet the challenges of a law firm by providing attorneys with easy access to their clients, prospects and other business contacts that are stored in the Platinum Practice Management system. Other benefits include the following:
