RainMaker Software Announces 2009 Satisfaction Survey Results
18th Annual Client Survey Results Reveal RainMaker Provides Clients with Superior Training and Support Services

RainMaker Software, a full-service provider of Financial and Practice Management, Business Intelligence Software and Microsoft SharePoint Portal Integration for law firms, announces the results of its 18th Annual Client Satisfaction Survey. The survey assists RainMaker in proactively identifying and addressing client needs. The survey charts client satisfaction for the time period of June 1, 2008 to May 31, 2009.

Over the past five years, RainMaker has consistently received high marks (8.0 or higher on a scale from 0 to 10), in the nine survey categories. The 2009 survey proves no different with recurrent high scores in eight of nine categories including:

  RainMaker’s technical support hotline scored an astounding 8.66. Firms using the hotline are looking for quick responses, technical expertise, and someone who can put themselves in the customers "shoes". RainMaker’s support hotline is anchored by support analysts that average more than 25 years of legal-industry experience.
     
  Overall Company Responsiveness scored an 8.38. Firms are looking for timeliness and accuracy of information provided across all departments. Whether a customer is using the most current Platinum product or a 15 year old legacy system, the company expects to provide the same level of superior service.
     
  System Implementation and Training scored an 8.27. In an area where many vendors fall short of client expectations, RainMaker excels with on-time and on-budget engagements allowing customers to quickly maximize their investments.
