Company Makes Learning Program More Effective and

RainMaker Software announced plans to offer a skills assessment system for their award winning Platinum product. The system is designed to complement the learning process by testing an end-user’s level of competency in performing daily tasks within the Platinum system. Assessments will allow RainMaker clients to easily determine product skills that may need improvement in order to maximize the investments made by the firm.
RainMaker has made e-Learning a key component of the Platinum implementation and training process. With more than 690 courses currently available, covering every feature in every RainMaker Platinum module, firms are able to better maximize their investments and lower the cost of training. In order to provide positive feedback to users and ensure firm managers that users have the necessary skills and knowledge, some form of testing is beneficial. The RainMaker Assessments are designed by company professionals who support and train law firms on the use of the Platinum system. In an industry where mission critical skills are at a premium, assessments can be used to guide people to powerful learning experiences, reduce learning curves, confirm skills, knowledge and attitudes, and motivate by providing a sense of achievement.
RainMaker has partnered with an industry leader, Questionmark, and will use the Questionmark PerceptionTM assessment management system. With this system, assessments will be created and hosted on Questionmark’s secured portal.
