System to Provide Financial Management Process Automation
and Reporting Flexibility

Swift Currie, a mid-sized Atlanta-based firm, replaced its existing time and billing system with Platinum because this feature-rich financial and practice management offering will help the firm automate many core firm processes and enhance overall business efficiency.
Swift Currie plans to use Platinum functionality to automate numerous manual-based processes including more thorough tracking of the collections process to improve cash flow; expense invoice generation and inclusion with client bills; accounts payable; billing rates; and time tracking and entry. Platinum will also provide the firm with more flexibility and ad-hoc customization capabilities related to bill creation, report generation, closing periods, year-end processing and marketing outreach. Further, Swift Currie will leverage Platinum’s business intelligence reporting tools, including Digital Dashboards and Zoom .NET, to enable its attorneys to independently access information and generate reports from desktops. In doing so, the firm’s attorneys will have key business-decision metrics available to them at all times.
