This browser-based service, powered by eBillingHub® and branded as e-BillMaker, will streamline the electronic bill submission process for RainMaker Platinum as well as Visual Pyramid firms. Clients will benefit by having a single screen from which to validate and submit ebills to hundreds of different clients with one-click ease.
Facilitating efficiency, improved cash flow and an accelerated collections process, e-BillMaker allows firms to fully automate an otherwise tedious process, eliminate billing backlogs and verify submission to hundreds of law firm clients or other ebilling intermediaries, via a user-friendly web portal. The process is further simplified through immediate set-up of multiple billing templates, with no additional technical assistance and no extra expense to the firm.
Fully supported by RainMaker, the centralized web-based location will enable clients to check and automate the tracking of the last known status of each ebill, reducing aged accounts receivable and eliminating duplicate efforts. Numerous other strategic management reports will be available.
