Training Service Enables RainMaker Clients to Maximize Legal
Time & Billing Software Investment
RainMaker Software, a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner and leading full-service provider of Financial, Practice Management and Business Intelligence (BI) software and Microsoft® SharePoint Portal Integration announced that their e-learning service has now surpassed the goal set in 2007 to produce 600 training courses. E-learning enables firm staff members to learn at their own pace and on their own level of expertise. This training service enables RainMaker clients to maximize their legal time and billing software investment.
More than 675 courses are currently offered covering every feature in every RainMaker Platinum module. Platinum is RainMaker’s award winning time and billing product for mid-large sized law firms. Clients can log in to e-learning via a secured site and can then click on the desired training course to commence training. Custom training videos can also be developed based on customer needs and these courses can also stream directly from the RainMaker e-learning site. All courses have standard media player controls to pause, replay or fast-forward the training segment. Additionally, many courses have "Helpful Hints" pages, and user prompted tests to reinforce the skills addressed in the course. Course descriptions match the modules and functionality of the RainMaker Platinum product suite.
