RainMaker Software, Inc. Announces Utilization of FourthLink’s Resource Process Manager
The Market’s First use of Online Project Management Tools Enabling Staff and Clients to Track and View Tasks More Efficiently

FourthLink’s Resource Process Manager is an online project management tool that assists in ensuring projects are completed on time and at budget.

Resource Process Manager offers an integrated solution for assignments, scheduling, time/expense entry, and reporting. Complete system project plans are initially set-up and then easily modified for each new client. In addition, the Client Portal feature provides a single snapshot of the entire project with assigned responsibilities, target dates and approvals for completed tasks. The portal ensures that both parties are aware of all the tasks necessary in a project from the launch meeting, through the first month-end close, including any remaining issues for future follow-up.
