RainMaker’s Imaging Master module conveniently launches directly from almost every RainMaker Platinum system screen via a universal tool bar menu icon. With an easy-to-use interface, Imaging Master includes both basic and advanced features for various users and tasks benefitting firms in numerous ways such as:
| Improving cash flow by speeding up the billing process. Many clients now require backup copies of accounts payable (AP) invoices for expenses billed to them. This requires separate filing and copying before a bill is sent to the client. Imaging Master provides the ability to automatically print copies of images during bill printing where the specific cost items appear on a bill. This not only speeds up the billing process, it also improves cash flow. | |
| Quick access to important financial-type images. Imaging Master provides instant access to important images such as AP invoices charged to clients or the firm, client checks for deposit, firm bank deposit slips, client engagement letters, conflict waiver letters, billing instructions and other documents. Users can easily find an image by setting filter criteria and clicking "search" and then double-clicking on an image to view, print or email directly from the desktop. | |
| Increased organization through image archive and clean-up functions and the ability to add images anywhere in the system using "Add an Image/View an Image" menu icons. | |
| Easier viewing and printing via image viewer controls for scrolling and zooming, thumbnail viewer controls and a magnifier component. Users can utilize the printing component to print images, one per page. | |
| Data entry separated from the scanning process for flexibility of batch entry. |
