Training Service Enables RainMaker Clients to Further Maximize
Legal Time & Billing Software Investment
RainMaker Software, a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner and full-service provider of Financial and Practice Management and Business Intelligence Software for mid-large sized law firms announced an e-Learning service covering all features in RainMaker Platinum modules. RainMaker e-Learning is a web-based, flexible, cost-effective and convenient method for clients to maximize their Platinum software investment. RainMaker e-Learning courses will address beginner, intermediate and advanced product capabilities, enabling users to learn at their own pace based on their level of expertise with RainMaker’s software.
RainMaker plans to provide more than 600 courses covering every feature in every RainMaker Platinum module. In addition, custom training videos will be developed based on more specific customer needs. E-Learning courses will stream directly from RainMaker’s e-Learning website to the user’s PC browser. Clients will log-in to the secured site and click on the desired training course to commence training. All courses have standard media player controls to pause, replay, or fast-forward the training segment. Additionally, many courses have "Helpful Hints" pages, and user-prompted tests to reinforce the skills addressed in the course. Course descriptions match the modules and functionality of the RainMaker Platinum product suite.

RainMaker e-Learning courses are divided into learning suites, similar to the RainMaker product.
