RainMaker Announces Automated Electronic Delivery of
Bursted Reports
New Capability will Save Resources, Improve Insight

RainMaker Software, Inc., a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner and full-service provider of Financial and Practice Management and Business Intelligence Software for law firms announced plans to provide electronic delivery of bursted reports to RainMaker’s Microsoft® SharePoint Portal users. RainMaker’s new bursted report capabilities leverage SharePoint’s centralized location as the attorney “one-stop-shop” for all pertinent firm-wide information distributed weekly, monthly or on an as-needed basis.
RainMaker’s new and advanced bursted report functionality enables law firm administration and finance departments to schedule and automate report generation, distribution and aggregation via SharePoint portal technology. Instead of receiving varied and randomly-timed reports via email or in paper-intensive hard copy format, firm personnel benefit from relevant reports delivered electronically to one centralized place where all cumulative firm-wide applicable information is accessible.
Scheduled delivery of bursted reports to the attorney portal will help to streamline the dissemination of important decisionmaking information. By making reports more predictable and accessible , firms can reduce the repetitive-task burden on their finance departments and enable them to focus on analyzing and leveraging financial information. Report criteria will be pulled from RainMaker’s existing Business Intelligence and Financial Management modules, with associated drill-down and charting capabilities, which includes crucial information such as: key component profitability, top ‘X’ rankings within the firm, daily or weekly cash reports, working attorney analysis and performance, and any other ad-hoc information attorneys and/or any other departments need or desire.
