RainMaker Unveils Annual Client Satisfaction Survey Results
2006 Results Hit 15 Year High

RainMaker Software, Inc., a leading full-service provider of Financial Management, Practice Management, Business Intelligence and Case/Matter Management Software for mid-to-large sized law firms, corporate legal departments and government agencies, announced the results of its 2006 Annual Client Satisfaction Survey. The survey results, tabulated by ASA International, parent company of RainMaker Software, showed RainMaker had reached the highest levels of client satisfaction in the 15-year history of the survey.

As part of the annual survey, clients are asked to score RainMaker in categories including hotline support, meeting their needs, professional services and overall satisfaction. With a very high response rate of 52%, overall satisfaction ratings, scores for professional services and the system meeting a firm’s needs, achieved all time survey highs. In addition, six of the seven categories improved over the previous year highs. Clients overwhelmingly indicated that they would buy from RainMaker again and remain a positive reference for the company. In 2006, RainMaker also surveyed its SUMMIT clients, with similar survey questions. The results from the SUMMIT survey will become the benchmark for measuring SUMMIT client satisfaction in future years.
