Alliance will Enable RainMaker Users to Easily Manage & Collaborate on Legal Documents

RainMaker Software, Inc., a leading full-service provider of Financial Management, Practice Management and Business Intelligence software for law firms, announced a strategic partnership with MaestroTec’s document management service (DMS), a service that enables employees, clients and business partners to share files and collaborate over a secured Web interface.

The need for an inexpensive, global-wide, highly-secured, Web-hosted document management and collaboration system is becoming more evident in the legal market. The e-RainMaker document management system will enable clients to easily track and keep electronic versions of documents in a safe, secure place while providing extranet capabilities. Since the
