RainMaker Software, a leading full-service
provider of financial management, practice management and business intelligence software for
law firms, announced that Waters, McPherson, McNeill, P.C., a mid-sized New Jersey
based firm, has purchased the full suite of the company’s RainMaker Platinum software.
RainMaker’s Platinum product, powered by Microsoft® .NET technology, consolidates the
financial and practice management functions, along with Business Intelligence, into a single
application.
“When we initially met with RainMaker, we expressed our needs that were not currently being
met by the large industry vendor we were using,” explained director of administration, Jean
Serpico. “After completing our due diligence, we realized that Platinum would provide us with
the capability to achieve our goals and streamline our processes. With our former system, I spent
hours re-keying performance metrics into Microsoft® Excel spreadsheets in order to meet the requirements of
