27th Annual Conference Has Record-Breaking Attendance

RainMaker Software, Inc., a leading full-service provider

Intelligence software for mid-to-large size law firms, corporate legal departments and
government agencies, hosted its 27th annual Client Conference, with record breaking attendance,
from around North America, on Sunday, September 18th through the 21st at the beautiful Green
Valley Ranch in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The primary goals of the Client Conference were to network, welcome new attendees, share client
success stories, participate in interactive sessions, communicate product updates and of course,
have fun. The conference also offered an opportunity for the new clients to learn more about
RainMaker as a company and for everyone to review new and exciting iniatives. A variety of
topics were covered at this year’s conference which included, “Using BI .NET to Improve
Management Reporting,” “A Sneak Preview of our Platinum Time and Billing version 8.0” and
the new GURU (Get Useful Rainmaker sUpport) session. “The conference was one of the best
I’ve attended. For me, the New Case Memo with Workflow and Practice Management Marketing
sessions made the trip worth while,” said Roger Schechter, director of technology for Grotta,
Glassman & Hoffman, P.A.
This year, RainMaker welcomed memory expert and Guinness World Record holder, Ron White
as the keynote speaker. He gave a most inspirational speech entitled, “How to Have a Winning
Year.” As a current member of the US Military, Ron shared strategies and tactics to not only
better one’s memory, but also how to discipline oneself to be successful.
In addition to the sessions, RainMaker Conference attendees also enjoyed themselves at the
dinner show, “Tony N’ Tina’s Wedding” and at a User Group Sponsored Reception as well as a
Client Appreciation Reception on the closing night.
Joseph Luber, CFO of Buckley Kolar LLP, summed up the conference well with his insightful
comments, “The 2005 Client Conference was a first-class event in every way. The solid,
practical sessions brought my understanding of the software and how it can apply to the everyday
