RainMaker Releases Practice Management .NET
70 Enhancements – Powered by .NET Technology

RainMaker Software, Inc., a leading full-service provider of Financial Management, Practice Management and Business Intelligence software for mid-to-large size law firms, announced a major release of RainMaker Platinum enterprise application module powered by Microsoft® .NET technology. This release includes the entire suite of Practice Management modules. Utilizing the .NET framework, Platinum consolidates the financial and practice management functions, along with Business Intelligence, into a single solution.

Microsoft’s .NET technology, a set of software technologies for integrating information, people, systems and devices, enables RainMaker Platinum to deliver all of the same benefits of the company’s popular RainMaker Gold SQL Server products, but with enhanced capabilities that allow clients to share and integrate critical information more quickly and efficiently.

The Platinum Practice Management modules feature seventy enhancements to improve productivity allowing users to accomplish more work with fewer keystrokes.

New features included among these enhancements include the ability to:

· View client financial and collections information while in case management.
· Email client newsletters directly from the marketing module.
· Automatically attach open invoices to collection letters.
· Include user-defined fields and related parties in mail-merge generated documents.
· Maintain daisy-chain event links in docket templates while changing individual
activity dates.
