Created in January 1996, Data Dynamics, Ltd. provides award winning software tools and controls for application developers using Microsoft design environments. The company’s primary product focus is on data analysis and information reporting. However, it also offers user interface development products. The products that Data Dynamics creates are generally ones that have not previously existed in the developer marketplace. They also tend to represent the newest technology available. For example, DynamiCube provided the world with its first ActiveX control that adds OLAP multidimensional analysis capabilities to client/server, standalone, and relational database applications. ActiveBar was the world’s first ActiveX control providing developers with a tool to create detachable menus and toolbars. ActiveReports was the world's first ActiveX Designer report writer offering developers full report writing capabilities as well as extensive export formats. ActiveReports for .Net is the first fully managed code reporting tool for Visual Studio.Net.
