programming required.
Headquartered in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania, with another office in Richardson, Texas, RainMaker provides solutions to law firms across the United States, in Canada and Latin America.

RainMaker Moments
- 1969 Compute-R-Systems (CRS) founded.
CRS was the first industry vendor to provide both in-house and
service bureau Time and Billing applications.
- 1983 CRS announces the first fully-integrated
relational database Time and Billing System for the legal industry.
- 1985 Control Data Corporation acquires
CRS and renames the company Quorum Systems.
- 1990 ASA International acquires
Quorum Systems and renames the company ASA Legal Systems.
- 1991 ASA Legal Systems adds Practice
Management module to its product suite.
- 1993 ASA Legal Systems acquires
Precedent Technology (Pyramid).
- 2002 ASA Legal Systems acquires
CompuTrac. RainMaker was formed as a result of this
acquisition.
- 2003 RainMaker releases Platinum
application powered by Microsoft® .NET technology.
RainMaker provides Microsoft® Exchange Server Integration.
RainMaker named as a Microsoft® GOLD Certified Partner.
RainMaker releases Collections Management Module.
RainMaker releases new .NET Modules which include; Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Bill Print Server, ActiveReports™ for .NET and Graphic Bill Designer.
- 2004 RainMaker releases Practice
Management .NET.
RainMaker releases e-RainMaker Suite which includes; BI .NET and WebTime.
- 2005 RainMaker acquires Computer
Law Systems.
RainMaker releases New Case Memo .NET with Workflow capabilities.
RainMaker provides conflict of interest searching capability within the U.S. Treasury Department’s Specifically Designated Nationals (SDN) list.
RainMaker releases ZOOM .NET. - 2006 RainMaker partners with AIRTIME Manager to enable firms to capture more billable time via a PDA-type device.
- RainMaker partners with MaestroTec DMS service.
- RainMaker becomes a Microsoft® SharePoint reseller.
- 2007 RainMaker releases Platinum 8.0, the most comprehensive release in the history of the company.
- RainMaker provides Microsoft® SharePoint Portal integration.
- RainMaker to provide standard and customized web parts for SharePoint Portal.
- Platinum fully supports the new version of LEDES XML.
